La photographie reproduit à l'infini ce qui n'arrive qu'une fois...

Je me souviendra toujours de mon premier appareil photo, celui que je brandissais fièrement en disant " Il est à moi". C'était un Samsung, un petit compact qu'on m'a offert pour Noël 2007. Mon intérêt pour la photo n'a cessé de croître les mois suivants. Je sortais mon Samsung de partout, pour chaque occasion, chaque balade, chaque voyage. Je prenais tout et rien en photo. J'essayai de nouveaux réglagles, avec plus ou moins de succès.

J'ai eu la chance d'avoir de superbe livres photos dans les mains assez tôt. A 8 ans déjà, j'adorais les livres de Yann Arthus Bertrand. A 12 ans, je passais beaucoup de temps en bibliothèques à admirer ces "Beaux livres", traitant de pays lointains, d'animaux, ou encore de villes du monde. Je me rendais sur les sites de grands photographes, je lisais Geo chaque mois, commençant à m'intéresser au photoreportage. J'ai eu un deuxième compact en 2009, un Pentax déjà plus performant, avec lequel j'ai commencé à faire ce qui me plaisait le plus: des photos de chevaux, de compétitions sportives se déroulant à l'extérieur, de paysages. De la photo de nature surtout ! Ma passion pour la photo étant devenue bien réelle et occupant une place de plus en plus importante dans ma vie, j'ai émis le souhait de m'équiper d'un réflex. A la fin de l'année 2010, le Canon EOS 500D, mon premier réflex, enfin, il était à

moi !

Depuis... J'aime toujours autant la photo. Je me suis essayée à la photo d'intérieur, aux portraits, pour ne pas rester uniquement dans mon univers d'images de nature. C'est quelque chose qui m'a plutôt déplu dans un premier temps, puis, curiosité oblige, j'ai appris à apprécier tout type de photo.

Maintenant, même si je reste avant tout subjuguée par les photos de paysages, de pays lointains, qui me permettent de voyager, j'apprécie aussi d'autres genres, notamment le photoreportage.

J'admire énormément les travaux de Tim Flach, Yann Arthus Bertrand, Gabrielle Boiselle, Bob Langrish... Et tant d'autres !

I'll always remember my first camera, the one I was showing to everyone, saying that it was mine. I was so proud of my little compact camera, a Samsung I got for Christmas 2007. For this moment onwards, my love for photography became bigger and bigger at every single moment. I was going out with my Samsung everywhere, at school, for every occasion, every trip. I was shooting everything. I was trying to know how the options worked on it ; I wasn't always successful, but I learnt quite a lot !

I've been very lucky to have the occasion to read wonderful pictures books quite early. Aged 8, I was loving the work of Yann Arthus Bertrand. At 12, I was spending most of my free time at the public librabry, turning the pages of those master pieces that dealt with beautiful landscapes from all over the world, cities I had never been to but could picture, animals... I was having a look at photographers's websites, I was reading Geo magazine every month and I started to interest my self for actuality pictures. I got a second camera in 2009,  a Pentax compact that allowed me to try new things. With it I started to shoot subjects I really enjoyed;: horses, competitions, landscapes. Mostly nature images. My passion for photography had become real, and it was kind of becoming really important in my everyday's life. As a result, I began to speak of getting a reflex camera. It took my a bit more than a year to have it. At the end of 2010, my dream had gone real, I had the Canon EOS 500D.

It's been 3 years now, and I still love photography from my deepest heart. I tried new stuffs, like shooting persons I knew, and so on, to avoid only shooting outside. In the beginning I sort of hated it, but I finally understood it was only different, and being curious, I started to love evry kind of pictures.

Now, even though I still am impressed by landscapes pictures, further countries, I also like photo reports.

I admire the work of Tim Flach, Yann Arthus Bertrand, Gabrielle Boiselle, Bob Langrish... And so many others !
